have the best equipment and the best driver, but without a professional crew your success
as a winning team will never become a reality. The "Crew" is the nucleus of any
racing team. Combining expert knowledge and first-hand experience is what makes or breaks
your chances to win the race. Focusing on key details with the ability to make sound
decisions quickly is expected of each crew member. Like they say, "A team that works
together, wins together." Countless hours are spent both day and night by all crew members to prepare car # 72 for a day of racing. Every last component right down to the nuts and bolts must pass a meticulous routine inspection each and every week. What you see at the racetrack during a thunderous race is just the cover of a book called "TEAM". The rest of the book is what most fans don't see. It takes days, weeks and even months of hard work to build a car like # 72 to be in tip-top shape. The ultimate reward of course is to make the victory lap at the end of race. Every crew member feels the same thrill of success because they all know that it was truly a team effort.. Team # 72’s positive work ethic, character and the way they conduct themselves both on and off the track are fine examples of why fans of all ages look up to them as successful role models.
