Golden Sands Speedway - We came in second after a hard race. Both back tires were throwing fire and smoke during the last 30 seconds of the race. As soon as I crossed the finish line, my gas tank blew. This is one race I'll never forget. I'll include a few pictures later on.

Saturday, May 22 |

Golden Sands Speedway - Mechanical problems held us back this week. We lost our drive shaft during our 8th lap. Sparks were flying at least 20 feet in the air in all directions. Luckily someone in the audience had the same style car, so we took it off his and put it on mine so I could finish the race.
